When will I find out about my financial aid awards for the coming school year?
Financial aid for the upcoming school year is finalized in late July. You will know your final monthly payment amount before the start of August.
What documents do I need for registration?
Birth Certificate
Pre-Kindergarten – must be 4 before September 1
Kindergarten - must be 5 before September 1
First Grade - must be 6 before September 1 and have completed a kindergarten program (keeping in mind the age requirement).
Up-to-date Shot Records and an updated Physical Exam.
If your child or children are not due for a Physical at the time of registration, please bring the most recent one they had.
If your child has to receive medicine in school then please download the administer medicine form and have it completed by your child’s physician.
Proof of Address (eg. Driver’s License, utility bill)
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Latest Report Card for Grades 1-8
Terra Nova Test Scores/PSSA Scores from Public Schools or your states’ standardized scores.
$150 registration fee ($25 for any more children being registered after the first)
Can be paid with cash or money order

Can I bring an interpreter to my appointment?
Absolutely! We have Spanish-language interpreters available in the main office. Just mention you would like one when you schedule your appointment, and we will make sure they are available.
